Welcome to Billingshurst Community and Conference Centre.  Some may remember us as Billingshurst Village Hall or (going back a bit further) St Mary’s Hall. However, with the facilities that we can now offer, the building is no longer anything like the average village hall.  8 miles from Horsham and just off the High Street in Roman Way, the Centre is easily found by car and we have plenty of parking spaces. Public transport via train or bus is also very good.  

We have facilities suitable for training, meetings, conferences, plays, concerts and musical performances, and parties for all ages. Furthermore, we host more sport and recreational groups than you would believe….

The Foyer has a pleasant waiting area, a servery for Tea & Coffee and our attentive Reception staff, who remain on hand at all times.

The Centre has a well-equipped auditorium and stage, with full backstage dressing room facilities.  The stage lighting and sound systems have mixing desks and control in a stage office, within sight of the stage for the management of your performance.  The Stanley Room adjoins both the backstage area and the Foyer and form part of the area in use for performances or social events. The Stanley Room also has a servery hatch from the Kitchen and works well as a catering venue.

The Main Hall and five meeting rooms are all equipped with overhead data projectors and screens, and the Main Hall has further acoustic possibilities. The venue offers a wide range of interesting possibilities from a small discrete meeting to a conference with “break – out” sessions all under one roof.

The whole building has WiFi internet access, so that clients can make PowerPoint presentations combined with real time internet access.
